The Val Benoît Project Has Been Launched!
Initial Project Phase: The Rehabilitation of the Civil Engineering Building
The multi-phase Val Benoît project will begin with the redevelopment of the Civil Engineering Building. The building will contain a Business Centre Area with move-in-ready office spaces, storage areas, unfinished spaces to be developed for small and medium businesses with light production operations, enabling a large degree of flexibility for use, commercial and service areas.
Total area available: 12,000 m², divided into open spaces.
