 The first relay halls and business centres date back to 1987 and are SPI’s response to start-up companies seeking to establish themselves in Liège but which, in their start-up phase, do not have the means to purchase a site or building to launch their projects.

SPI provides services to companies seeking to purchase or lease a space (maximum of 5 years) with the ability to terminate the lease after only 3 months. This occupancy time limit seeks to ensure a sufficient level of rotation and to provide companies with the opportunity to benefit from this offering.  

Companies less than 3 years old benefit from more advantageous financial terms. Please note that retail operations are excluded from this program.
